Even after three days, the main opposition party CPN (UML) has not been able to reveal the identity of M. Adhikari, a member of the finance and planning department of the party.

There is widespread discussion that the person in the UML department is the Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank, Maha Prasad Adhikari.

Lawmakers from the ruling CPN (Maoist Center) have demanded his resignation in parliament. On social media, people are opening fake accounts and making fun of M Adhikari. Some have also criticized the UML.

UML is still giving a blunt answer about the identity of M Adhikari, who is being discussed in national politics throughout the country.
